Sandy Traditional Mohair Heirloom Teddy Bear Kit. A jointed teddy bear kit suitable for a beginner by Make A Teddy to make a 13 inch (33 cm) teddy bear.
Sandy is a very sweet and cuddly teddy bear in soft and long bright gold mohair. This is a new teddy bear kit, we think he's quite easy to make and we think beginners could make him quite successfully.
We have created this kit with everything you need including the stuffing and pellets, you just need scissors and a few things you will have at home. We can supply the kit without stuffing and pellets as they can be expensive to post overseas, although not too expensive to send within the UK.
The instructions are thorough and take you through the bear making process in simple stages and with plenty of illustrations, but if you need any help or advice we are on hand for extra support by phone or email. Sandy has beautiful gold 20mm German mohair (which makes him a little more expensive than our other kits), German wool felt pads and genuine Victorian boot button eyes.
Barbara has drawn out the pattern on the mohair but the paper pattern included is reusable, we tell you what you need to make another Sandy teddy bear.
This kit is nicely packaged ready for Birthdays or Christmas and we can put in one of our own gift tags and a Birthday or Christmas card from our own drawings for free if you ask us to.
Please note that this kit makes an adult collectible (ornament) and should not be used to make a child's toy.
