Returns Policy

We accept returns

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch returns back to us within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

Should the item fail to meet your expectations and you want a refund, please contact us straight away, or at least within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. We will tell you where and how to return it, it has to be by insured post and there has to be a signature required from us. We will refund you for the item (not the postage) as soon as possible, certainly within 14 days of us receiving your item. Please note that you are responsible for returning the item safely to us and for paying for it's return, unless the item is faulty in which case we will refund your postage and return postage too, you must return the item within 30 days of having received it. If the item reaches you in a damaged state please keep all the packaging and contact us straight away so we can make a claim through our postal service.
